What is included in each class package?
Every package includes studio access, instructor-led group classes, and use of practice space during open hours. Higher-tier plans add private coaching sessions, priority scheduling, and workshop discounts.
Do you offer trial classes before committing to a plan?
Yes, new students can join a single class at a set drop-in rate before choosing a monthly package. This lets you experience our teaching style and studio environment first.
Can I switch between dance styles within my plan?
Regular and Immersive plans allow you to mix ballet, salsa, and contemporary classes freely within your monthly quota. Starter plan students select one primary style but can request a switch at renewal.
What happens if I miss a class?
Missed classes within the Starter and Regular plans can typically be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a makeup session.
Are there additional fees beyond the monthly price?
Monthly pricing covers regular group classes and listed features. Private sessions beyond your plan's allowance, special workshops, and performance costumes are billed separately and clearly communicated in advance.
How do I pay for my membership?
Payments are accepted monthly by bank transfer or cash at our El Gouna studio front desk. We can also discuss quarterly payment arrangements for families enrolling multiple dancers.
